Besides our Minding the Badge Mental Health Conferences and our Peer Support Networking Luncheons, we offer private smaller-scale training seminars for Peer Support and CISM implementation. Training courses are TCOLE credit eligible
and can be scheduled for either individual departments or multiple departments that share costs.
Our Peer Support or CISM training level can be customized to your need, depending on if you are wanting to start a Peer Support/CISM program or boost the effectiveness of an existing one.
We highly recommend departments consider including at least one 911 dispatch supervisor in this training, as all of our courses include specific mental health issues they experience unique to their role as a first responder.
We work with any size department.
